A New Creative Dining Space in Hanoi
On December 17, La Table Hanoia officially opened its doors at the third floor of Press Club—a long-standing landmark for food lovers in Hanoi.
More than just a restaurant, La Table Hanoia is designed as an immersive artistic dining space where craftsmanship, culture, and cuisine come together in harmony.
The concept is rooted in the philosophy:
Elevate Vietnamese artistry through a modern, luxurious dining experience.
Artistic & Architectural Highlights
Entrance – A Tribute to Vietnamese Craftsmanship
Guests are greeted by handwoven bamboo screens crafted in Chương Mỹ village.
These elements establish the restaurant’s identity from the very first step—Vietnamese craftsmanship integrated into an elegant, contemporary context.
Interior & Signature Structures – The Lacquer Dome
A striking feature of the space is the wave-shaped lacquer dome above the bar and terrace.
Inspired by Parisian architectural curves, this dome is crafted with 15 layers of lacquer over 20 days, showcasing Hanoia’s mastery in traditional lacquer techniques.

The interior details maintain a consistent artistic tone—organic, sculptural, and deeply refined.
A Unique Bar Concept – 2,241 Recycled Bottle Bottoms

La Table Hanoia features one of the most distinctive bar designs in Hanoi:
The bar base is made from 2,241 recycled glass bottle bottoms, each cut and arranged by hand into a gradient color formation.
A 10-meter polished concrete wall, framed by wood panels with brass accents, evokes the look of small window frames.
Engraved brass bars feature quotes from iconic thinkers, adding layers of depth and sophistication.
The bar feels like a gallery—where sustainability, design, and craftsmanship meet.
Color & Lighting Philosophy
The restaurant’s signature palette follows a curated triad: blue – red – yellow.

The lighting is intentionally sculpted to highlight material textures and create a warm, artistic, and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for both fine dining and evening cocktails.
