All prices quoted to you are on a NET basis and in United States Dollars and are valid according to the date specified on our printed tariffs, quotations, and invoices issued to you.
We warrant that the prices quoted to you are correct at the time of issuance of the quotation or invoice and may be subject to change in line with sudden market, tax or currency fluctuation.

All reservations will be made by email to our office in Hanoi
A reservation is not deemed to have been made until it was acknowledged by Premier Golf Travel
We aim to confirm reservations within 24 hours not including weekends or Public Holidays

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due for all bookings a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival OR upon your acceptance of the itinerary if booked less than 30 days from arrival.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, your payment should be executed by SWIFT/Telegraphic transfer to the Premier Golf Travel bank account detailed on the invoice. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Destination Vietnam must be paid by Customer/Agent.
Payment must be made to the destination office handling the booking. All payments must be made in USD currency stated in the invoice and according to general terms. Special terms agreed on in writing for specific bookings/enquiries override the general terms here.
A deposit could be requested by certain suppliers and it may be non-refundable, in which case it will be clearly stated at quoting stage.
Credit is not available unless agreed on by Premier Golf Travel Head Office in writing.

All bookings will be confirmed by email along with relevant documentations such as Final Itinerary Booking Vouchers. The confirmation email will constitute a written agreement and confirmation of all bookings.
Premier Golf Travel issues vouchers for clients only in very specific cases when absolutely requested by the supplier. The client’s passport or ID card suffice as proof of identification and all services will be provided as agreed.

Any cancellation must be made in writing and acknowledged by Premier Golf Travel

CANCELATION POLICY:

- No charge if booking is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival

- 10% charge for booking cancelled after 30 days prior to arrival

- 50% charge for cancellation made 15 days before arrival

- 75% charge for cancellation made 07 days before arrival

- 100% charge for cancellation 03 days or nearer to arrival

• The above cancellation policy applicable for general booking
• Specific cancellation policy will be based on give or negotiated policy of hotel and golf clubs
• Special note for big group and peak season, super peak period
• Special notes to be included to notify clients to acknowledge
• Reduced cancellation charge can be reduced case by case: mostly depends on supplier and company policy, relationship approved by Management

  • After confirmation and deposit
  • 30 days/15 days/10 days
  • 3 days/2 days / 24 hours,…

Any GIT cancellation or attrition (reduction of traveler numbers) should be made in writing and will be subject to the following terms UNLESS specific other terms have been agreed otherwise in writing for a file in which case, these specific conditions override these general Terms and Conditions.
This policy may vary for holiday and peak season bookings and depending on actual cancellation policies of hotels, airlines, cruises and other contractors of Destination Vietnam.
Charges apply for the amount of people cancelled from a group departure.Cancellations of booked services when clients are already on site will be charged at 100%. If there is a refund by our suppliers, the refund will be processed only through THE AGENT and never directly with/to the clients. THE AGENT can in writing agree for a direct refund to the end client on a case-by- case basis.

For Premier Golf Travel (excursions and day trips) children between the ages of 2 and 11, at dates of travel, will receive a 15% discount off the Adult price, unless specified otherwise in a proposal.
For all tours involving accommodation, prices for children will be calculated to actual costs and all child discounts received from suppliers such as reduced entrance fees or value adds for children will be passed on to the clients. Accommodation is charged according to the individual hotel’s tariff and children occupying their own rooms will be charged as adults. During the booking process we will do our upmost to advise you of child discounts and extra bedding requirements for children.
All flights are quoted separately and children are charged as per airline policies.
Infants under two years of age will be exempt from most charges except as mandated by airline policies

All disputes, claims and litigation regarding the Services shall first be settled by way of negotiation and mutual understanding.
In the event such negotiation and mutual understanding would fail, the disputes, claim or litigation shall be finally settled by local arbitration in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar. All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of the Services.

Premier Golf Travel will always do our utmost to provide the Services to the best of our capacity and to the satisfaction of the Agent and their client.
It is the understanding of the Agent that we act as an intermediary between the Agent and airlines, hotels, transport operators, local tourist offices and other contractors providing services to the Agent.
We shall in no event be liable to the Agent, by reason of breach of services or unsatisfactory services provided to the Agent by third parties or by way of indemnity or in tort or otherwise, for any loss, injury, damage, delay, change in schedule or other adverse events which are beyond our control and/or sustained by an act or default of any person or company providing the Services to the Agent.
The Agent warrants that we shall not be responsible and/or liable for additional expenses and/or damages incurred due to any delay, accidents, natural disaster, political action or unrest.

Except as otherwise agreed by Premier Golf Travel, Client's payment shall be executed by cash, credit card or bank transfers. In cases where credit facilities have been agreed with the Client/Agent, payment shall be executed by Swift or Bank transfer to the appropriate Premier Golf Travel bank account. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Premier Golf Travel must be paid by the Client/Agent.
